I think there’s a good possibility for the first option: Piper didn’t stick up for Lolly, and as we can see, grudges don’t go away easily in Litchfield. Option number two is a red heron, but . . . I think it’s too obviously ridiculous to be true. Option number three is also feasible, but my guess: it’s number one.
